Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please include a copy of the invoice and specify the reason for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery service, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after the returned items are received.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Repack Merchandise

Ensure that the item you wish to return, along with a copy of the invoice, is included in your shipment.
